In Georgia an Opposition Rally in November 2007 was Suppressed by the Ukrainian Special Forces

The leader of the Labor Party of Georgia Shalva Natelashvili said that Ukrainian Special Forces arrived in Georgia five days before the brutal suppression of opposition rallies in Tbilisi on November 7, 2007.

According to Shalva Natelashvili, this information came from a Georgian officer who witnessed the arrival of Special Forces and placing them in the village of Alekseevka.

The oppositionist expressed the hope that the new Ukrainian authorities will take over the investigation into this issue.

“When the power in Georgia changes, this case will be investigated too,” he said.

The oppositionist noted that members of his party during the protests have drawn attention to the fact that part of the Special Forces are not like the Georgians, but then nobody made anything of it.

Shalva Natelashvili promised to make a special policy declaration on this subject in the coming days.
