Moscow, Minsk and Astana Concluded Customs Union

Officials of Russia, Belorussia and Kazakhstan signed a package of agreements determining the regulatory base of the Customs Union.

This package of documents was signed within the framework of the EurAzEC Interstate Council chaired by the prime ministers of the EurAzEC member-states.

Russian Prime Minister Victor Zubkov claimed at the end of the EurAzEC Interstate Council session that Moscow expects that Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will join the Customs Union as soon as they are ready, RBC reported.
