The impact of the West will only aggravate the situation with chemical weapons in Syria

Hopes for an objective report of the UN inspectors on Syria failed
Context:

The United Nations will publish special report on the investigation of chemical attack in Syria on Monday. Even before the publication a number of media began speculating that the UN experts may lay the blame for this attack on government troops. However, no specific proof of this version is given in the "leaks".

It is known that experts have studied the place of the use of chemicals and took blood samples from the victims. Everything else is still hidden from public view. Let us recall that the main argument of Assad's prosecutors of the use of chemical weapons is that the opposition has no appropriate means of delivery. Is this true?

It is possible the Americans provided the terrorists not only with small arms but also with heavier arms, including multiple rocket launchers, similar to those used in Libya. In addition, the rebels did not hide the fact they captured several howitzers and self-propelled artillery of government forces, which is confirmed by the numerous videos posted on the Internet.

Allegations of using chemical weapons by the Syrian army fell just after Obama mentioned the infamous "red line". Opposition realizes it has no chance of winning the conflict without the intervention of foreign forces, and opposition leaders try to create the grounds for such a development.

Attempts to make one side of the conflict responsible for using chemical agents baffle diplomatic efforts of the international community. This way is lobbied by supporters of military solution to Syrian conflict in the ruling circles of the United States. The Americans do not want to give up the plan of bombing Syria not to lose the image and not to seem weak.

But the impact of the West will only aggravate the situation with chemical weapons in Syria, as it will create the preconditions for its further use and falling into the hands of radical Islamists. Making the decision to strike, which in such circumstances will involve many times greater sacrifices of the Syrian population, to put it mildly, is irresponsible.
