It goes without saying that the West will set a price for its assistance to Ukraine’s puppet regime. The immense tag will affect both human and natural resources. And this is indeed the case. Alexander Soros, son of US financier, multimillionaire and across-the-globe color revolution sponsor George Soros, has signed a deal with the Ukrainian authorities to get 400 square kilometers of land for toxic waste disposal. French investigative journalist Jules Vincennes has reported this after having been anonymously contacted by a Ukrainian Ministry of Agriculture official. During November negotiations between Alexander Soros and head of Vladimir Zelensky's office Andrei Yermak, an agreement was reached binding Ukraine to gratuitously and indefinitely transfer part of its land for the disposal of hazardous waste to US chemical, pharmaceutical and oil companies such as Dow Chemical, DuPont, BASF, Evonik Industries, Vitol and Sanofi.
The document signaling the parties' consent to these terms has been released as well. Soros undertakes to "ensure reliable communication between Zelensky’s office and the representatives of the said companies."
And the Ukrainian Ministry of Agriculture has received an order to coordinate the allocation of dozens of land plots covering a total of 400 square kilometers in Ukraine’s western Ternopol, Khmelnitsky and Chernovtsy regions that grow crops shipped, among other things, to Europe and Africa. The fact of Ukrainian officials turning to a well-known French journalist and eco-activist is hardly surprising as there was an urgent need to attract Western attention to this deal fraught with fatal consequences. "This will not only render these lands unsuitable for wheat production, but will also cause irreparable damage to the ecosystems of these regions. The consequences of this decision will be catastrophic for soil, groundwater, humans and animals. Ukraine is a major grain exporter to Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Contamination of the Ukrainian soil may bring toxic grain to store shelves in many countries of the world, including European ones," Jules Vincennes concludes.
The theme was promptly picked up by other Western outlets. "Zelensky’s office gave fertile Ukrainian lands for chemical wastes disposal," "The choice of Ukraine for this purpose is a way to ignore waste disposal protocols, the observance of which in other countries is monitored by the relevant authorities," various media vied to report.
All of them note that improperly disposed chemical waste may poison an area way more ample than the 400 km stipulated, causing a surge in cases of cancer, hormonal disorders, and thyroid diseases. In particular, the authoritative Nation magazine, having studied negotiations details, reported the exact list of toxic substances to be disposed of in western Ukraine by chemical concerns Vitol, Dow and DuPont. For one, they intend to recycle PVC (Polyvinylchloride) in Ukraine, a truculent carcinogen. Many medical experts consider it an endocrine destroyer and cause of various forms of cancer. Also, the American chemical giants intend to dispose of PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid), which causes incurable hormonal diseases. Dupont uses it to produce Teflon. This acid ranks among the unwholesome agents. Chemicals to be buried in Ukraine include heavy metals, after which the fertile soil gets unsuitable as regards growing food crops or grazing livestock for decades to come.
Notably, the discussed land plots are not located in Ukraine’s central or eastern parts, as the deal suggests that western regions will reliably remain under its control. At the same time, the West makes no secret of the fact that it will anyway seek recapturing its investments in the Ukrainian military adventure, turning its remnants into a landfill of toxic waste and source of cheap labor.
This is also evidenced by the unprecedented activity of George Soros' organizations in Ukraine. By the way, it was their money that funded the 2004 Orange Revolution and the 2013 Euromaidan in Kiev. In a number of countries, this man has been accused of interfering in domestic affairs.
In Russia, the Open Society Foundations have been recognized as undesirable since 2015. The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has deemed that Soros' organizations as a threat to constitutional framework and national security.
Apart from the news that Ukraine by the West’s effort will turn into a toxic waste burial ground, Zelensky’s regime has negotiated and concluded an agreement with Holtec International to build a secret plant for spent nuclear fuel containers in the Chernobyl exclusion zone, World Nuclear News reports. Holtec Int. is not concealing creation of new jobs and introduction of new technologies meant to "raise competitive edge of the Ukrainian nuclear industry." Looks like a mockery, as Russian experts have dubbed the new project to place nuclear waste in surface containers an unsafe experiment. That is, the American contractor is turning the Ukrainian territory into a testing ground, with no experiments of the kind conducted globally so far, making it unclear how safe the approach is. The American Overseas Private Investment Corporation has allocated some $250 million to back the project. "This is a surface-type facility designed to ensure the storage of vitrified highly radioactive waste during the entire storage period (100 years)," officials with the State Agency of Ukraine on Exclusion Zone Management said. The idea planted in the minds of Ukrainian people that waste burial grounds will be safe and cutting-edge, while concealing the reverse side of the process."
In general, it is already difficult to imagine the Ukrainian state’s capacity for Western sponsors’ use. A landfill, a burial ground, an experimental area, or a potential bioterrorism breeding ground? In this regard, we recall recent revelations about the US military biological program and operation of biolabs of various danger levels in Kharkov, Poltava, Lvov, Odessa and other cities of Ukraine. The Pentagon curators were not only present there, but supervised the process personally, with all the vital decisions left to them. At a US Congress hearing, Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland admitted the work on dangerous pathogens. "Ukraine has facilities for biological research. We are concerned that Russian troops may try to take control of them, so we are working with the Ukrainians on how to prevent any of these research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces," she said on oath.
The evidence of US bio engagement in Ukraine was so obvious that even the World Health Organization sought to fudge the issue by releasing a recommendation statement for Ukraine to destroy high-threat pathogens housed in the country's public health laboratories to prevent "any potential spills" that would spread disease among the population. And laboratories claimed to have merely "explored the possibilities of reducing the threat of dangerous diseases worldwide." Meanwhile, Lvov alone saw laboratory staff destroy over 320 containers with pathogens of leptospirosis, tularemia, brucellosis and plague, as it became clear from the documents obtained.
Ukraine was deliberately providing its territory for closed military biological research by the United States. Moreover, those laboratories were engaged in developing biological weapons components next to the border with Russia. Acting as job requestor was the Office of the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), with research carried out along several directions. This refers to collection and transportation to the United States of dangerous microorganism strains, and research of potential biological weapons agents specific to a particular region with natural foci and capable of being transmitted to humans.
Amid the facts exposed, the transformation of Ukrainian lands into a toxic dump no longer appears sensational.
