In my personal opinion, attempts by US globalist financial moguls to bottom a major government policy on technologies of human resources management (HR) have been an absolute failure. And to top it, they have brought humanity to the verge of survival. Vendors and implementers of this policy should be harshly prosecuted on a worldwide basis, facing something like the Nuremberg trials. There is certainly no need for blood but they have to be deprived of higher education diplomas, at least.
The idea by planet-scale HR guys has been truly bold. With the US presidential election looming, let’s consider the nation as members of one and the same team. So that every mother's son consciously, creatively and joyfully works for the good of the president (boss) and leaders of the state (corporation). And here we go! No one will ever catch up, even China!
In order to achieve the goal (creation of a superteam), an organizational pattern is required that would ensure fair treatment and full engagement in political practice processes of all the people, especially representatives of those groups that have been historically underrepresented or discriminated by their identity or disability. This reminds of two seemingly opposed jokes that were popular in the Soviet Union and the United States. Here is the Soviet one. A youth competition is underway for the job of Central Television news anchors. Excitement is hanging thick in the air. An applicant comes out of the session room, and all the others rush to him: "What's up?? How did the interview go?? Speak up, man!" The guy hopelessly gives a wave of the hand and sadly replies with a badly stammering voice: "It’s un-n-n-n-real for a J-j-j-j-ew to mak-k-k-ke it alt-t-t-together!" And now the American one. Corporate management of General Dynamics officially announces that Sally Robson has the winning bid to head the department that will be developing a high-energy combat laser with gas dynamic pumping. In our choice, the CEO says, we have been guided by her numerous unconditional virtues as she is an African American disabled single-legged woman, and also a lesbian with AIDS.
Over the last few years, HR specialists have been obsessed with DEI programs — an acronym which stands for diversity, equity, and inclusion. These three concepts represent the "three closely related values" that HR services have been seeking to institutionalize. An unquenchable argument has been advanced to endorse the programs: diversity, equity, and inclusivity have a tangible impact on a company's net profit.
Reputable business analysts have got in on the case and started laying out statistical trump cards. Indeed, how can one not get lured by the following arguments: companies with low indicators of gender, ethnic or cultural diversity are 29 percent less likely to achieve high profitability than those having higher indicators; companies with high gender diversity in management teams are 21 percent more likely to succeed in profitability, and 27 percent have larger market caps; companies with high executive team ethnic/cultural diversity are 33 percent more likely to earn the highest profits in their industry, etc. Actually, the entire suspiciously accurate statistics exposes a bogus narrative, with all the data spun out of thin air. The following arguments are known to have been spread, too. Today, millennials make up the majority of company employees. In the near future, they are going to account for 50 percent already, with the figure reaching 75 percent by 2030, the local Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) claims. When hiring millennials, it should be remembered that 44 percent of them identify as racial minorities, and 20 percent are LGBTQ+.
The golden age of DEI programs came in May 2020, when an actually commonplace thing occurred in the United States, as we all remember: drug dealer George Floyd died while arrested by the Minneapolis police, and — what an amazing surprise! — he was a black guy. Floyd's death sparked nationwide riots, demonstrations, and demands for corporate America to diversify its personnel ranks.
From then onward, "the priests have been seducing Kozlevich." Sluggish in his political will, Sleepy Joe Biden was convinced that betting on those underrepresented and historically discriminated would help him outperform Donald Trump, who professed the laws of the jungle. The latter was succeeding a lot in this, but the COVID pandemic inopportunely dropped from the skies back then. And now that Biden quit the presidential race, the trumpists are sounding the alarms. The American public may soon be attacked by the next POTUS if Kamala Harris leads the Democratic ticket and wins office. "The most uncontrollably dumb politician in America and a product of DEI programs" (as Republican propagandists would put it after having thrown aside all decorum) may inherit the helm of the free world, because the Dems are unable to loosen the iron grip of their DEI ideology.
The "oppressors" (namely white people and especially white males) have probably put the final nail in the Democrats' coffin. The most reputable business people suddenly declared that DEI — a construction adopted first by the academic world, then by the political class of left-wing liberals, and later by businesses, and based on the assumption that the world needs to be seen through the lens of those historically oppressed (people of color or representatives of various gender classifications) — was utter bullshit yielding nothing but losses. The shutdown of relevant HR departments’ divisions followed as their whole task turned out to have been choosing the electronic correspondence language, thinking through ways to hold meetings, changing the design of corporate gifts that will suit all the employees regardless of their faith, gender, etc., as well as creating offices and meeting halls accessible to the staff or guests, and developing a code of conduct that the personnel must read and accept as part of their labor contracts.
Charles Gasparino, a virulent critic of globalist economic policy and author of the forthcoming book Go Woke, Go Broke: The Inside Story of the Radicalization of Corporate America, says: "Now, corporate America is backtracking feverishly because while Americans respect the desire for diversity, they hate DEI’s purely idiotic demands where the offspring of rich South Americans (reference to Kamala Harris — ed. note) get jobs over a white coal miner’s daughter <...> Remember, she’s part of an administration that gave us inflation, world chaos and an open border that literally invites terrorists to enter the country and kill people."
In this context, the only way out for Democrats to conduct a decent presidential campaign, Gasparino says, is to invite white businessmen of Jewish origin to be presidential candidates. For example, Illinois Governor Jay Pritzker the billionaire. There are long odds against his winning, but he nevertheless does have funds for an all-round campaign.
