The experts are confident that global climatic changes may completely destabilize the political situation in the world. “Plausible” scenarios include food shortage in Europe and nuclear power rivalry for fresh water resources.
The history knows many examples of weather impact on fulfillment of a combat task, including when it completely disrupted plans of military commanders. The severe winter of 1941-42 when the ambient temperature dropped down to minus 40 °C is a good example of it. Not derogating the bravery of Soviet soldiers and officers we have to recognize that the will-to-win spirit of German troops, who have got firsthand knowledge of all “amenities” of the Russian winter, was undermined to a great extent. Therefore the reasoning of the fascist strategists about “the General Moroz (Frost)” does not seem baseless.
In this connection a tectonic weapon seems rather attractive to the militaries for it offers a number of advantages.
What is a tectonic weapon? According to a scientific definition, the tectonic weapon is a mass destruction weapon that may cause earth-crust pulsations in the preset area and of the preset magnitude due to deep underground nuclear explosions.
The operating principle of the tectonic weapons, which was under development both in the USA and in the USSR is simple – it is necessary to slightly “excite” the Earth crust in the site of tectonic stress. Evidently, it may be done only by nuclear explosions. As a rule, according to experts, earthquake is “triggered” by a nuclear bomb. At the same time a vacuum bomb recently included into the inventory of the Pentagon is very close to the nuke by its parameters.
The tectonic weapon is much more sophisticated than the nuclear one – this geophysical weapon should differ in principle from the nuclear one, and the origin of its impact should remain mandatory latent in any place of the globe, i.e. it should not be identifiable by any available monitoring tools.
Herefrom we see the strengths of this weapon – experts will be unable to quickly understand and classify the nature of one or another cataclysm, which may cause numerous changes in the environment, which will be in fact disastrous to the infrastructure and life support systems. The tectonic weapon may also trigger earthquakes resulting in heavy human casualties.
One of the strength of the climatic and tectonic weapons in particular is that a human always was and is extremely vulnerable to the Acts of God. It is well-known that a majority of the mankind lives in poverty in the areas, which are classified as “risky” in terms of environmental conditions. Therefore any catastrophic irreversible climate change may result in shortage of food and fresh water, as well as lack of strategic natural resources (oil is not least) that could provoke the war.
The modern history already knows examples of the use of the tectonic weapon or to be more exact the weapon operating by a similar principle and triggering the respective effect.
It is well-known that on March 3, 2002, a devastating earthquake happened in Afghanistan and cost the lives of 5,000 Afghan people. All experts including seismologists agree that the earthquake of March 3 was very unusual. The quakes were too strong in magnitude and their duration was too long that is extrinsic both to this region at all and to the first earthquake of the series. In this connection it is indicative that the earthquake happened several days after the Pentagon used a super vacuum bomb in the eastern Province of Paktia. According to available data the bomb was exploded deep in the rocks because it is a high-accuracy weapon capable of penetrating deep in caves. This bomb could operate as the tectonic weapon.
And more fresh examples:
On May 12, a devastating earthquake happened in the China’s Sichaun province. 69,226 people were killed and about 370 thousand people were injured as of August 25. About 8,000 people were missed.
The Chinese Ministry of Finance published data on the scope of the disaster – more than 67 billion Yuans (227.8 billion Rubles) were provided from the federal and local budgets to eliminate the damage caused by the earthquake.
For better understanding of the situation we have to remind that the political situation prior to the Beijing Olympics was very complicated. Due to mass riots of separatists in Tibet the world public attitude to Beijing and Beijing Olympics was ambiguous. Somebody even called to boycott the Beijing Olympics because of the alleged violation of the human rights in Tibet.
And yet finally neither of the sporting states refused from participation in the Games, the overseas democracy defenders evidently were none of the worse off. It sounded very cynical but somebody in the United Sates was hypocritical enough to equate the tragedy in the Sichuan with the justice of Heaven.
Once again let’s make reservation – the nature of the tectonic weapon is such that it is equally difficult to confirm and disprove the fact of its tactical employment. Therefore a real cause of the Chinese earthquake that by the way happened allegedly at the right time and place is probably known only to Washington.
Another fact. It is well-known that on August 26 seismologists recorded a series of very strong quakes (up to magnitude 10 on the Richter scale) near Lake Baikal. The echo of this powerful earthquake was registered in all corners of Siberia. Fortunately no human casualties were reported.
A number of Russian geoscientists who preferred to preserve incognito for quite obvious reasons today are intent to classify the nature of this phenomenon as a man-made disaster. And again we make reservation - it is very difficult for experts to prove that one or another series of quakes is caused by the use of a new-type weapon, in particular, a tectonic weapon, and this is the main strength of this weapon. And if it is true, then the only country that has advanced far enough in these researches as of today is the United States. Therefore it is quite logical to assume that another forbidden trick was used against Russia to warn it against the steps undesirable for Washington with respect to its puppet regime in Tbilisi.
Let us recall that the area of the disaster, in particular, the area of Lake Baikal soon will be a place of a significant international event – the 5th Baikal Economic Forum to be held on September 8-11.
Anyhow, in this particular case it is impossible neither prove nor disprove the fact of tectonic weapon use by the United States.
